Good early morning. I am not going to crab about our piddling amount of snow and way below normal temps! Folks to the south are really socked in. A friend near Buffalo told me the National Guard has been called out down there as they are expecting 72" of the white stuff. Beth, I hope you miss the brunt of it and it keeps hanging out to the west.
Panic is setting in today as I look around my house and see so many half-done purge and sort jobs and realize I have a new cleaning woman starting tomorrow and a lunch meeting here on Friday! For some reason, I did very little yesterday - probably because I felt like a chest cold was coming on. I have pet therapy this afternoon so need to get into fifth gear this morning. There is no way Michelle can clean if there is Christmas wrapping stuff on the diningroom table and unsorted stuff hanging around the upstairs rooms. ** Sigh **
I did spend some time yesterday researching a February trip for the two weeks the guys will be here doing flooring. I'd really like a week travelling in Florida followed by a week at a resort in Cuba but the logistics are strange. I'd forgotten the US doesn't fly to Cuba and can't see flying home from FL to catch a plane to Cuba! I may just stay home and save my pennies.
OK - time to gear up and move it. First on the list will be moving all the Christmas wrapping stuff to the cutting table in my sewing area which means I have to clear that area first. No second coffee until that job is done.
Stay safe and warm in this early Snowmageddon.
