New month equals a new me �� Going for 1000 minutes of cycling plus completing one 30 day challenge. I'm thinking the plank challenge.
1. 70 minutes cycling 17 miles (930 to go) Plank challenge 2. 30 minutes cycling 7 miles (900 to go) plank challenge 3 30 sec plank must do better logging!!! 16 45 min walking 3.5 miles |
I am in for the monthly challenge. Still didn't hit my goal for minutes last month going to try for 1350 this month again.

I had a terrible time remembering to log exercise last month so I'm happy to see a new month and a new start.
Goal: 1200 minutes + 23 days (5 days/wk) 1440/1200, 16/23 1- 30m treadmill 2 - off 3 - 4 hours serious hiking (8 miles) 4 -break 5 - 45m walk 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 60m walk 10 - 2.5 hours walking beach 11 - 3+ hours walking beach 12 - 60m walking the beach! 13 - 60m woods walk 14 - 15m walk, 45m stationery bike 16 - 30m Wii 17 - 90m hike straight up 19 - 30m walk 24 - 30m walk 26 - 3 hours heavy gardening 27 - 90m walking 28 - 45m bike |
