Almond Milk?
 

Hello everyone! I'm new to SBD - I've borrowed a copy of the original SBD from the library.

I have the updated list from these forums - thanks so much - but have a question about almond milk.

Is the unsweetened almond milk okay to sub for milk? Also, is there a thread which discusses alternatives?

Thanks so much. I'm really looking forward to this. I'm going food shopping today and will be starting my new lifestyle tomorrow!

Welcome to the beach! I'm pretty sure Almond Milk is allowed, but I don't like it so I haven't really looked to see.

Welcome to The Beach, and yes, unsweetened almond is allowed. I use it everyday. :)
