Friday food:
B: cheese stick and tomato juice
S: refried beans/cheese/hot sauce/guacamole
L: grilled chicken salad with arugula, TJ's goddess dressing
S: popcorn/almonds/sunflower seeds/roasted chick peas/wine
D: meatballs in tomato sauce

Saturday plan:
B: cheese stick/hard boiled egg/tomato juice
L: cold cuts and salads
D: not sure - we are going out. I might go off plan deliberately.

I'm all over the place with the phases this weekend...we're upstate visiting my parents and it's difficult.

Hi ladies! I'm going to jump in! This is my first post and I am so happy I found this site. I've posted on another SBD site but it's dead overthere so you never get help or encouragement or anything.

I am on Day 4 of Phase 1 and down 6.4 pounds! I had some serious bloat issues. I started at 152.8 and am hoping to get down to 142 by the end of Phase I. I'm at 146.4 now. I am loving it so far! I even ordered a new dress, capris and two sweaters from LOFT in a size down as motivation! Hanging those on my pantry door

My meals for the day are going to be:
B: 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg with 1/8 avocado and a tiny bit of some mexican spiced chicken with Spicy V8
S: string cheese with celery
L: Deli turkey with cucumbers and hummus
S: pecans
D: Extra lean ground beef patty with part skim mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and balsamic, streamed green beans and a side salad.

I want a glass of wine so bad. 10 more days!
