Hi ladies! I'm going to jump in! This is my first post and I am so happy I found this site. I've posted on another SBD site but it's dead overthere so you never get help or encouragement or anything.
I am on Day 4 of Phase 1 and down 6.4 pounds! I had some serious bloat issues. I started at 152.8 and am hoping to get down to 142 by the end of Phase I. I'm at 146.4 now. I am loving it so far! I even ordered a new dress, capris and two sweaters from LOFT in a size down as motivation! Hanging those on my pantry door
My meals for the day are going to be:
B: 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg with 1/8 avocado and a tiny bit of some mexican spiced chicken with Spicy V8
S: string cheese with celery
L: Deli turkey with cucumbers and hummus
S: pecans
D: Extra lean ground beef patty with part skim mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and balsamic, streamed green beans and a side salad.
I want a glass of wine so bad. 10 more days!
