SBD August Exercise Trackers
I have been really sloppy about logging and not so good about regular exercise. I'm trying again and it does help me to log. Anyone else want to keep track?

So it's not accurate) 8/2: 8512 steps 8/3: 8203 steps 8/4: 20 minute workout video (upper body), 15 minutes trampoline time, 17406 steps 8/5: 11 minute Tabata, 20 minute workout video, 5 mins. trampoline time, 10,510 steps 8/6: 11 minute Tabata, 11085 steps 8/7: 15,046 steps 8/8: 6142 steps 8/9: tabata, 1/2 workout video, 3293 steps 8/10: 4737 steps 8/11: 14588 steps 8/12: 9365 steps 8/13: 8/14: 8/15: 8/16: 8/17: 8/18: 8/19: 8/20: 8/21: 8/22: 8/23: 8/24: 8/25: 8/26: 8/27: 8/28: 8/29: 8/30: 8:31: I weigh on Thursdays so that's how I'll track exercise too. |

Goal: 1000 minutes
Total so far: 660 minutes (boooooo, I failed to meet my goal!) 1 - Nothing. 2 - Nothing. 3 - Nothing. 4 - Nothing. 5 - Nothing. 6 - Nothing. 7 - Nothing. 8 - Nothing. 9 - 60 minutes Zumba class. 10 - Nothing. (This time I'm not being lazy...worked 16 hours, drove 2, slept 4, and then an hour to get ready and 30 minutes to have breakfast) 11 - 55 minutes Zumba class. 12 - 55 minutes Groove class. 13 - 55 minutes Zumba class. 14 - 50 minutes walking on the beach. 15 - Rest Day (migraine, bah!) 16 - 60 minutes Zumba class. 17 - 20 minutes Elliptical + 10 minutes Walking (didn't realize my gym closed so early!) 18 - Rest Day 19 - 32 minutes Elliptical 20 - Rest Day 21 - 32 minutes Elliptical 22 - 32 minutes Elliptical 23 - 47 minutes Walking 24 - Rest Day 25 - 55 minutes Zumba 26 - Rest Day 27 - 65 minutes Zumba 28 - Rest Day 29 - 32 minutes Elliptical 30 - Lazy day (I'm ashamed to admit, I was PMSing and chose a peanut butter cup doughnut over the gym even though I was already dressed for the gym) 31 - I got stuck working a double :( |
