Need pre workout snack in Phase 1
I am a newbie on day 2 of Phase 1. I workout 5 days a week-very intense workouts, and if I don't snack beforehand I end up getting nauseous and dizzy. I eat breakfast at 6:30, and I workout at 11:15. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have been working out for about a year, and it has made a huge difference, but I still find after all this time, if I don't have a snack beforehand I get sick.Thank you!

Either hummus and veggies or string cheese and veggies would make a good snack. |
