Hi & Happy Friday!!
Frustrated...I do not have any wisdom to add but this a good thread to participate in if you are just trying to stay the course w food & exercise and are wanting feedback. Tired today. Spent the evening w my pal Mark and had a little too much vino:o B: An awful lot of coffee today like 4 cups w FF HnH & Truvia. LF cottage cheese. L: I'm thinking some green grapes, 2 turkey hot dogs w mustard and maybe some celery sticks w peanut butter. We're not allowed to snack at demo so a slightly larger lunch is in order. Dinner: Probably will get some bagged romaine & grilled chicken at the store and have a cesar salad tonite. That sounds good now that its warming up. Lotsa water. Sue |
