Thanks. How bad was that 1 wing for me? any views on the extra coffee drinks i had satruday and sunday? think they contributed to the weight gain?

I didn't as much to lose as you did, but I lost 6 lbs the first week, then gained one back the second. I think you get SOO excited to lose weight so quickly, that when it stops/slows down/slightly reverses, you freak. I wouldn't worry about the one lb gain, it could simply be the salt content of your meal. You will find, if you weigh daily, you fluctuate all over based on different factors.

Thank you. felt better as of this mornings weigh in. lost 2 lbs. Today is day 7 and im down 10lbs! i'm happy and motivated, staying focused not to lose the momentum. As long as i'm not gaining is my current motto.
