Fabulous Fitness February Exercise Challenge on the Beach!

  • Welcome chicks to the exercise thread for February. This is a great way to hold ourselves accountable. You can have any goal ~ may it be minutes or frequency.
  • Since I hauled my butt outta bed this AM, I want to make sure I stick with it and get back in the routine. Thanks to DH for hooking up my FM transmitter so I don't wake everyone up!

  • I'm in! Instead of minutes, I'm doing several of the 30 Day Challenges (not the plank challenge, though ) this month, so I will track that I complete each day!

  • I am hoping that by the end of this 2nd month (60 days) I will finally finish the 30 day plank challenge!
    Actually, we just started a "work fit" program at work so I am tracking my minutes there. I'm aiming for about 800 minutes this month.
