Meal Planners

  • Hi guys,

Are there any (free) meal planners out there? I am probably being lazy but for phase 1 it would be nice to have something that said Day 1 breakfast, lunch dinner, snack will be this. Day two will be this etc.

I haven't finished the book yet so maybe there are some in there?
  • There are plenty of ideas for meals - how about writing out a meal plan for yourself based on them? I like to meal plan, so here are a few ideas if it helps! For myself, I keep a very similar plan during the week from day to day. Breakfast is usually soup, lunch is soup (I love soup and it’s so easy to freeze and grab when I need it), snack really stays mainly the same (veggies with dip), and dinner is the one thing that changes. I like to cook large amounts of meals (stew, chili, soup) and separate and freeze them into individual servings so I can menu plan for months with food that is already cooked for me.

Breakfast: Vegetable omelette with 2% cheese and 2 pieces turkey or center cut bacon.
    Snack: Nuts
    Lunch: Lentil soup
Snack: Raw veggies with ranch dip
Dinner: Turkey burger wrapped in lettuce with baked jicama fries

Breakfast: Baked ham and egg cups
Snack: Celery with natural peanut butter
Lunch: Chili with 2% cheese and and light sour cream
    Snack: Beef jerky
Dinner: Asian style salmon with vegetable stir fried cauliflower rice

    Breakfast: Sausage/veggie frittata
    Snack: Cucumbers with hummus
Lunch: Tuna salad wrapped in lettuce wraps
    Snack: String cheese
Dinner: Zucchini noodles and baked turkey meatballs with tomato sauce
