Happy Dance
 

Hi all, just thought I'd share my happy weight loss related news.

As many of you know if have been on a weight loss plateau for months, and while a handful of weeks ago I had dropped 2lbs, since then the scale hasn't budged.

I have a event coming up that I needed an outfit for, so off to the mall I went, found something I liked & grabbed the size that I thought I needed (that I was in july, the last time I was out to buy clothes) went to the dressing room & tried it on.

To much shock and delight, it was far to big on me and I had to get the sales lady to find me a smaller size.... which fit like a dream and looked fantastic!

So, if you are stuck in a plateau rut like me, take heart, you very well could be loosing inches (perhaps many) and not even realise it.

***note: I was quite literally doing a happy dance in the dressing room when I put on the smaller size and it fit so incredibly well***

I've noticed this, too, over the years....scale not budging yet losing inches. Replacing fat w/lean body mass?

Way to go. Staying IN those smaller clothes helps keep me honest on days when I feel like going off plan. It would be a shame to waste all the money.
