So i'm on day 11 of phase 1 (so close), and I've begun to notice that my skin looks pretty bad. I have a few small pimple on my chin and forehead, and overall my complexion is just sort of dull. I almost never break out, so I'm wondering if it's related to change in diet? It doesn't seem to make much sense; I'm eating much healthier than I usually do, and drinking tons of water. Maybe it's due to toxins leaving my body?
Anyone else deal with this before? Any thoughts?
It could be the toxins leaving...sometimes they choose the most unfriendly ways to make their exit!
I have the worst acne right now and have for a year. Not sure if my body is just changing (I will be 36 tomorrow) or what but it happened when I turned 25 as well for a few years. And they say every ten years the body cycles? I am on meds that cause it too but just make it worse.
Keep drinking plenty of water and hopefully it will all even out?
I definitely agree with Jenne that it could be your body releasing toxins. Drink tons of water.
