Anyone have info. regarding the Costco rotisserie chicken they sell? Like is it within the south beach rules? Thanks abunch.

I would think that, as long as it is roasted and not honey roasted, and you are eating the white meat and not the skin, you are fine. Read the ingredients to make sure there is no sugar.

I have them from time to time. First if all don't eat the skin and secondly they are very heavily salted and even with the skin off they are salty and there will be water retention. Drink tons of water after

I used to eat them before DH's vegetarian days. Someone told me that they taste so good because Costco injects them will all sorts of stuff but I never followed up on that.
