Oh My October SBD Exercise Challenge

  • I cannot believe it's October already! Time to set some goals and make sure that your exercise habit is established before the holiday eating season begins. Come on in and join us to be accountable and rock those fitness goals.
  • It's a busy month around here. I have a mini vacation at the ocean which should include lost of walking, but I also have some conference staffing so exercise will be a challenge. I want to keep up with my 5 out of 7 days of exercise, even a few minutes a day.

  • I accept your challenge Aiming for 3 good work outs per week and 2 mini ones on my work days. Need to start building up my hours in the saddle. Trying for 1000+ minutes. May will be here soon enough!

    In all seriousness, exercise has been low on the totem pole. I suppose I really need to up it in the priority list. I think I'll stick with 4 days a week, I'll leave it at that. (I'm stunned by how much my pendulum swings on exercise!)

    well, I came in on here on the 23rd - I have *not* met my 4x/week wish, but I did do a couple times a week. This week, I have started doing core exercises every other morning (and my stomach muscles are letting me know!), and started running again. Good accomplishments for me!
