I am on day 9 of Phase 1. By accident, I ate a Hunts Gel Snack thinking that it was safe because it was sugar free. Now I see that there are fruit juices in it :( What can I expect? Cravings..headache?? So mad that I didn't read the label first!
Its hard to say what will happen, as everyone is different... You may get a head ache, or a craving; but the important thing is to forgive yourself and move on... don't give in to any craving that my crop up, and just get back to eating SBD style.
Reading labels is very important in general when eating prepackaged foods (as you know), its shocking some of the ingredients that they stick into those products.
Oops...ate something with fruit juice, now what?
