I keep thinking of your other thread Lindsay, did you try counting your calories? Your menu looks decent - but I would be starving on it without beans (legumes)! But, it certainly depends on the quantity.

I haven't started counting yet (putting it off, since I am not a fan of counting calories).. I use to alway add in beans, but I got a little sick of them, so I stopped using them in my salads etc.
I am worried that my calories my be on the low side, but hopefully not since I struggle to eat all the food that I currently consume.
*sigh*
Will start counting on Sunday, as tomorrow is a bit of a planned cheat dinner.
OSU Karla - we're not *supposed* to, but some do if they are either at a plateau, or having a hard time maintaining. SBD is awesome, but you can still overeat healthy foods!

Yes Klittle all the weight that I have lost, I lost while following South Beach. I have been off and on this way of eating for years, but the ticker shows what I have lost since restarting in November 2012, I gained a bit back in June when I had a few too many "cheats", but lost those again through healthy eating. Currently on a plateau since then, but hope to see the numbers on the scale start dropping again.
