I'd be more interested to know the ingredients in the packet of dry ranch dressing.

The powdered form has the same ingredients as the bottled Ranch, so it's okay for Phase 1. Enjoy!

I was gonna say what cottage said. Personally, I'd just make the ranch up the regular way (with mayo and milk). *shrugs*

I'm not on SB, but I have made the version of this that I saw on Pinterest. You use the ranch packet plus a container of cottage cheese that you pulse in a food processor. It makes tons of dressing and the whole container has about 200 calories. It tastes really good, but IMO you need to put it back in the food processor every few days or the texture gets weird. It lasts a long time, since it makes a lot more dressing than the largest store bought bottle.

Sorry, I already knew what was in hidden valley ranch mix, thats why I didn't say anything about it ....BUT that being said it is always important to check out the ingredients on prepackaged items, you never know when they are going to slip "potato starch" or other weird ingredients into them.
