  • In an effort to shame myself into making better choices here's the on plan thread!

    Phase 1.5 (some fruit, no grain)

    B-2 veggie quiche cups, small piece of ham, coffee with FF creamer
    L- large salad with black beans, deli turkey, Cesar dressing
    S- plain Greek yogurt with blueberries and truvia
    D- grilled chicken breast, roasted veggies, cucumber salad
    S- SF chocolate pudding
  • Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

    Greek yogurt w/ vanilla & blueberries
    Almonds

    Salad w/ 1HB egg, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cauliflower & ranch dressing

    Chicken breast w/salsa
    Brocolli (tons)

    Deli ham roll up w/ cream cheese, greenonion & cucumber (when munchie later on)
  • B: 2 veggie quiche cups, coffee w/ ff creamer
    L: mega salad with black beans, provolone and leftover grilled chicken
    S: Greek yogurt and berries and truvia
    S: meatball casserole, sauteed veggies
    Treat: (too much) dark chocolate almond bark

    Apple Slices w/ PB

    Greek Yogurt w/vanilla

    Salad w/ chickpeas, onion, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cauliflower & ranch

    Omlette w/ tomatoes, chives & cheddar
    Brocolli
    Carrots
    Glass of skim milk

    Cucumber w/ rf cream cheese (if munchie later on)

    Greek Yogurt w/ Vanilla

    Chicken & Veggie soup
    Diet Coke

    Salad w/ Chicken breast tossed w/ franks, romaine, onion, tomatoes, celery, cauliflower & ranch
    Glass of Skim milk
    Pudding

    Almonds (if munchie later)

    L: small bowl chili, salad with buffalo blue cheese dressing
    S: Chocolate PB smoothie
    S: Creamy Mexican Casserole
