Phase 1.5 (some fruit, no grain)
B-2 veggie quiche cups, small piece of ham, coffee with FF creamer
L- large salad with black beans, deli turkey, Cesar dressing
S- plain Greek yogurt with blueberries and truvia
D- grilled chicken breast, roasted veggies, cucumber salad
S- SF chocolate pudding
