I spent some time this weekend looking through the South Beach books and cookbooks (I have all of htem except the holiday one) and was struck, again, at how many wonderful recipes there are! (Lots of enticing recipes on this forum too, of course).

I hadn't looked at the Restart book very carefully before, and I kept going through it saying, "That one!" "That one!"

Do any others use the cookbooks? If so, which are your favorites?

I have never used one of the cook books, though I have been considering getting one for some time.

Tell me, if you dont mind, which of the books did you "that one!" at the most? Maybe I will check it out.

I have 5 of the cookbooks. The one we use most is the Super Quick one.
