Day 1...
 

Ola,
Today is my first day on the beach. Since I decided to do this about 10pm last night, I didn't really have the supplies to get into it full swing this morning. I had an egg sub with some lf cheese. I think that's just fine, and I'll get my groceries at lunch today.
