Didnt make the 5lbs that I wanted to lose for this month, but I am happy with the 3lbs I did manage to shed.

May was a wash for me. I'm .2 pounds lighter. Duh!

I was down 5 lbs but 2 lbs came back and are not off yet so I will have to go with 3 lbs so did not hit target of 8 lbs but lbs is lbs so I will take it and be happy!
