Phase 1.5 (fruit no grain)
Mondays are my day off, I opt to sleep in instead of getting up and eating a proper breakfast! Cucumbers & Carrots w/ Ranch Savory ham & Cheese Crepe (no flour recipe... click here) Side Salad (romaine, tomatoes, green peppers w/ italian vinegarette) Glass of Skim Milk Banana Bread Cookie (no flour, will post recipe soon) Dinner will more than likely be off plan, I have a product knowledge meeting to attend for work (on my day off :mad:) and Hunter Douglas is providing dinner, its usually a buffet though, so hopefully it will not be too bad choice wise. |

Greek Yogurt w/ vanilla, 1/3 banana sliced, a few crushed peanuts Glass of milk Cherry tomatoes Chicken & Veggie Soup Garden Salad Meatballs (Homemade, no breadcrumbs) nsa Marinara w/ fresh Parm. Green Beans (TONS!) Glass of skim Milk Pudding Cheesestring (if peckish later) *yesterdays buffet went well, lots of op choice (more or less anyways) though I did indulge in a tiny piece of dessert that was definately not south beach... but certainly was tasty :devil: |

I'm not even going to list what I ate today. Yesterday and today I've been completely off plan. Eating emotionally. Over the weekend a friend visited and complimented me on my weight loss. We went shopping together and I bought myself a new pair of jeans. I set aside a ton of items in my closet that are too big or fit but are SO out of style or worn out that I need to donate them. And I think I got scared that "I'm really doing this for myself." So, here I've been for 48 hours sabotaging myself. I guess carbs aren't the problem; my brain is the problem.
