Vitamix Recipes?

Just bought a VitaMix blender yesterday, so excited to start using it! What are some of you favorite SB recipes to make in your VitaMix blender?

I dont have a vitamix myself, so I cant give you any exact recipes.
But I have heard that they are great for making your own all natural nut butters.

Also, I'd imagine, it would make some great smoothies.

Congrats! We use ours pretty exclusively for our morning smoothies. Wow, what a fantastic machine for that. When I first got ours I experimented with the fresh soups and it was pretty cool...I might be reminded to start that up again.
