how often do you weigh yourself?
 
:dizzy:Hello you all, I was wondering how often do you weigh yourself when on phase one. Did you wait the 15 days or not? My sister in law was doing lindora and they had her weigh in everyday. I wonder if it makes you stick to it. But then if you do gain a tiny bit it can totally discourage you, What to do? What do do??

Once a week is enough, but I am one of those people who weigh themselves daily. My weight fluctuates during the week,but I consider Sunday's weight to be my official one for the week. It is VERY easy to get discouraged. However, after almost 10 months of SB I can see the daily fluctuations are usually because of hormones, food choices, lack of water or even intense exercise. I don't beat myself up, but if my official weigh in is higher than the previous week, I make extra careful choices :) Good luck and welcome

I tend to weigh in everyday...altho i only record my weight once a week. I am on week 2 of p1. and altho it was frustrating at first that it was 3 days before i lost anything, i just couldn't stop myself from weighing in. i take the weight every morning and think in my head did i do enough yesterday or not? but again, i only record once a week :)

I weigh in once a week, at the same day and time.
Some find it helpful to take their measurements as well, some people lose inches before pounds.

In the beginning, it is easy to weigh in every day. But it drives me crazy. I record on Saturday mornings but I hop on every few days. More if I eat something off plan but for the most part, twice or thrice a week.

Same here. I used to weight myself everyday but thankfully don't have a scale anymore. Now I check occasionally at the gym but I try to go now by how my clothes fit. I haven't weighed myself since before Christmas and refuse to do so until halfway through February hahah :P
But I like keeping track every few weeks because it's nice to see losses like that and it doesn't make you obsessive- at least for me :)

Not on any plan but I always feel so left out, so I weigh every day. I tell myself to stop cause lately the lack of loss is driving me crazy, but I am a scale junkie. I would say that is better than a junk food junkie!
