Hello everybody! I am in L.A. and it is a beautiful day. Yesterday was weird, when I left home it was 35 and when I left work it was 70! Nice to have the sun around, blue skies today. I am restarting SB phase one tomorrow feb 1. I hope I can make it this time. Any tips? Hope you have a great day!

Home and off again soon. I had a dark chocolate 80% coca bar, yes I over did it! Well now I am paying for it big time. Sugar is not my friend. I feel like Baruca Salts from Willie Wonka! Will get a quick walk in when I go the PBA meeting later maybe that will help.

Oh no DS is on the phone trying to schmooze me into helping him buy a car! Now I am really getting ill!!

I can't believe it turned into Thursday already - that first week back at work has kicked my butt.

I will try to get on here three days in a row starting tomorrow!
