I am on day 5 of P1. Needed to get back in control after a few weeks of over indulging. I am down 4 as of this morning. Sunday is my weigh in day. My ticker is fairly accurate as I am only 3 pounds away from my lowest weight. I am happy at my goal weight, but like being under it. It is a mental game I play with myself. I am up a pound from yesterday, but not concerned. Having been on SB has made me realize why these fluctuations occur. I continue to work on judging my progress by how I look and feel not just the number on the scale.
Nina stay strong you are doing great. You may not lose when go go to P2 the first week, at least I didn't. The second week however I dropped another 2 then continually lost until reaching my goal. The support here has been what keeps me motivated when I get frustrated....oh and I do :)
