Hey, I'm have the first version of SBD and I'm just wondering is there a difference in what you can eat in phase 1 in the new SBD Supercharged book??

I'm pretty sure the 2008 revision was to reflect the updates in the Supercharged Edition.

That's right. The revised list is from the SBD website. The Super Charged book changed the foodlist and also had a section on exercise.

Was there any new Vegetables added??? I was wondering about corn on phase 1?

In the link posted in previous you will see corn still is not allowed in phase 1 or 2. Sorry I am not able to repost link.
