Is this OK for breakfast (Phase 1)?
Hi all,
Back again...after gaining 10 lbs :( Starting out on Phase 1 and remember the stress of eating eggs every day last time around. I found a recipe that seems like it would be OK but I really like it so I'm afraid something might be wrong with it ;) 1/4 c cottage cheese, 1/4 plain greek yogurt and 1/4 - 1/2 t of Jello sugar free (any flavor) - I added some almonds to it Is there any problem with this? It beats eggs and is easy and tastes pretty much like a filling fruit yogurt without the actual fruit. Just want to make sure before I started! Thanks! Mexigrl64 |

I was not an egg fan. I ate lots of non-traditional breakfast foods. Like refried beans. Or soup or other leftovers from dinner.

I love when I make chicken breast, pork chops or steak. I always try to make sure I have some leftover for my breakfast

I'm used to eating a Luna or Kind bar for breakfast - need something fast and "breakfasty" (new word). It's easy to make up a batch of this and just grab and go in the morning so I'm glad it works with Phase 1.
