Thanks. I did know. And yes, it's not fat. It's anything solid. I look soulfully at the two filet mignons I bought last week! It's getting better now. Enough about gallbladders, at least from me :)

I too had it laprascopically but it took me 4 weeks recovery before I was back to normal. No gallstones but it was causing other GI issues for me (and working at only 14%).

what causes gallbladder stones anyways? I dont want to get that :(
