P1 D1 (Definitely need this restart!)
B: Two egg omelette with cheese and coffee w/milk L: Pork tenderloin salad plus coffee w/milk S: 10 almonds D: 3 ounce salmon with shrimp, steamed greens and salad |
Phase 1.5 (fruit no starch)
Peanut Butter Banana Muffin (no flour recipe) Cheese string Glass of Skim Milk Garden Salad w/ Hardboiled Eggs & "italian Dressing" Yogurt Meatballs (homemand, no breadcrumbs) in NSA Marinara Broccoli (a TON) w/ICBINB Glass of Skim Milk Cucumber Slices & RF Cheddar Glass of Wine **TOM is here, fighting every urge not to binge on the chocolate thats around the house** |

Off today, so i slept in and that always causes me to eat too little (but thats still better than too much!) Grapes RF Cheddar Yogurt Celery w/ PB Skim Milk Meatballs in nsa marinara (homemade, no bread crumbs) Cauliflower mash w/ roast garlic (ate a ton of this) Skim Milk Deli ham rollup w/pickle spear **snack if required later** |
even though we are in a new week, since we're part way through, I will just continue here :)
B: cottage cheese with S&P, V8, coffee S: edamame with salt L: 2 eggs, 2 slices deli ham, RF cheese and hot sauce S: sunflower seeds, string cheese and a pickle D: sauerkraut and turkey kielbasa with mustard D: SF Fudgsicle I am severely lacking in veggies today but need to shop tomorrow. On such a limited budget, it's going to be hard. ETA: I was soooooo hungry after dinner. I am unsure if it was all the water I drank and I was peeing out the salt or lack of veggies or what but FINALLY, after the pickle, I was satiated. Geesh! |
