Sinking egg muffins :(
Here is the recipe I used:
http://www.kalynskitchen.com/2006/10...ted-again.html They were beautiful when they came out of the oven, nice and puffy in the silicone baking cups I bought to make them in. I left them for 20 minutes (as the recipe said) and went back and they were all shrunken and ugly :( Any thoughts - is there a way to make them lighter? Now they are basically half the size. Thanks! Eh - i think cooked eggs (without bread, etc) do that...mine have done that, maybe not half the size. Pop 'em in the microwave when you want them, they probably taste just fine. As long as you're not making them for a party!! ;)
