Uh oh
I think I really messed up...I made an asparagus casserole with chicken, asparagus, boiled eggs, and cream of chicken soup mixed with nonfat greek yogurt. I then realized that Cream of anything soup is not phase one. I am only 2 days into Phase 1..do I need to add an extra day to the end of this phase so that I have two clean weeks? It was lower sodium, healthy choice cream of chicken, but the carbs were 12g per serving.
Help?! Thanks :o |
I wouldn't worry too much about it since the amount in your serving couldn't have been much. Just pick up where you left off and you should be fine.

I freaked out when I did phase 1 a few weeks ago ( though I just started over phase 1 after my vacation!) because I accidentally ate a chicken sausage that I dont think was fat free.
It didnt end up screwing anything up that I could tell! So just keep on eating with the plan and you should be fine! :) |
