Hiya,
The sane thing happened to me last time I started phase 2, the weight loss stalled but I think it's your body adjusting to the first weeks of fast weight loss.
I can not wait to have porridge for breakfast, if I see another turkey rasher in the morning.. ahhh.
Not long till phase 2, 3 days to go yay!
It's good that even though you might slip up one night, you're back on it the next day. No ones perfect but if we eat this way most of the time we'll lose weight! Good luck this week!

Hi I'm from the UK too, I just started day one today, I'm still a little confused so would be grateful for any help. Does anyone know, can tinned tomatoes be used in phase 1?

Hey UK Chicks,

How're we all going? :)
I'm on phase 2 and it's still going well lost 6 pounds so far in 3 weeks which is ok, could've been better as have cheated a couple of times I must admit but generally going ok.
Sasi, how're you finding it? Canned tomatoes are ok on all phases.

I'm almost through my first week, I've lost about 4 lb so far, I'm a little anxious about phase 2 and also I'm off to visit family for a night tomorrow and I am finding planning my meals for that quite hard

Hello fellow UK chicks! :)
I am actually Canadian but live in the uk ! I know how much easier it is to get the ingredients in North America. Haha, whenever I go back, I bring things back, like almond butter, peanut butter, coconut oil, bars, etc. :P
But I'm also doing a modified phase 1 at the moment since I was very off track last week (last week in Canada before school started) as my mom tried to feed me everything she could haha :P But, the only modification is I added some carrots since they curb my appetite really well and am still adjusting to this biological dysfunction due to the time difference :P
But, good luck to all of those! Remember you can do it and mind over matter :)
