Hey all! I am opening this thread for those that want to track their weight loss here. I encourage you all to post, even if you have a gain. My weigh in day is Sunday, but you are welcome to post on your own weigh in day. This thread is open for chit chat and encouragement, too!

I just completed my first week on SBD, and I'm pretty pleased so far.

I am a mess about weighing in.
I was at 235 on 7/8. I will weigh in again on Saturday. I missed Ruth's cut off for the monthly goal but I'd like to lose 6. We shall see. |
Ok... 7lb here! 215.2 to 208.2...I reeeealy want to be under 200 for my sons bday the last weekend in July. It'll be a tough two weeks!

I have to say I’m a bit disappointed, Friday I was 153.8 on the scale and today I bounced back up to 154.6, but I think I might be retaining a bit of water. Oh well, today is my official weigh in day, so I will count the higher weight!
