I've been up for hours, enjoying the peace-calm-coolness of the morning. I'm going to go plant 3 new plants and finish some decluttering projects. We are going to brunch with Kirk's daughter and beau, a belated Father's Day. I'm helping Kirk to understand how he can eat, and it's helping me to mindful of my own moderation.

I slept in today and I just poured my first cup of coffee. :coffee:

We have no special plans. I will work on rearranging some things in the kitchen to make it more convenient and perhaps spend some time outside pulling weeds. It seems like a nice day and cooler. :lifter: I need to get my weight lifting in today too.

OK getting concerned I am still the only one up. Hope they don't think I was rude finally ate breakfast and now making second pot of coffee.
