I've been in and out of this forum so many times it is cray-cray! I hope you aren't :dizzy: rolling your eyes! I have to say though there is a reason I keep coming back...I know what a strong group you are and I know SBD works. I even have the NEW book this time. ;) I can't wait to jump in!

Since last June I have lost 60 pounds (well, it was 65 but I'm up a bit). And I have been stuck at this plateau for a while now. I need to break through! I am READY! My 40th birthday is in July...I need to get back on the train! I want to feel healthy and peaceful and in control again. :)

I gotta run -- off to a 5:45 AM body pump class at the gym! ;)

Welcome and Ruth your reply is perfect!!! Lauren you did a great job maintaining your loss, so think of it as you were in P3. That is a great accomplishment in my eyes. Hey and club 40 is pretty cool, I joined in September. I honestly look and feel better than I did in my 20's

THANKS SO MUCH ladies. You are THE BEST! I think sometimes I expect MYSELF to be a Princes of Perfection. Ya know? I am thrilled to be here and just finished my chlcken stir fry dinner. :) I KNOW we can all do this thing! I am ready! :)

CatMat -- I don't mind aging so much as long as I'm healthy, right!? As another poster mentioned, I hope to be in better shape in my 40s then in my 30s! :) I guess I am finally getting to the age where I realize I am not indestructable. I am not sure why it took me so long to come to that, though?
