Is there a particular brand of flax meal you like or is it all pretty much the same? I've never worked with it before but this time around I'm really going to give it my all! The oil/fat has ALWAYS been the hardest part for me to get in so if flax will help with that I want to know as much as possible!

I dont think it matters. The brand I use is Linwoods.
