I am new on South Beach -- can I use iceberg in place of spinach for salad?

:welcome: to The Beach, jenniesue. Iceberg lettuce is OK once in a while for crunch but other greens like spinach, romaine, mesclun, etc are much more nutritious. Check out the Phase I Food List in the Stickies.
