Can we eat refried beans?

Hey guys! We are at the end of phase 1, but are unsure of whether we can have refried beans or not? Please help! Thanks!

yes - watch for no added sugars in the ingredients! Always read labels.

Taco Bake uses refried beans. It's delicious!

You can also make your own by mashing pinto beans with a little onion and cumin...so tasty!
