  • Well... it's the day after Christmas and I'm not right back on track but ...

    D. chicken schnitzel, oven roasted veggies, white wine

    I was sick today and haven't eaten much

    B: oatmeal with agave, coffee
    D: black bean soup, hummus and tabouleh with WW pita chips and cucumbers

    B: 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, spinach, RF mozzarella cheese, hot sauce and coffee
    S: diet iced tea and FF yogurt
    L: cucumbers, bell peppers, lite baby bell cheese, tabbouleh and hummus with pita chips
    D: "naked tofu" with steamed pea pods and broccoli and my own szechuan sauce

    S: cucumber, WW pita, tabbouleh and hummus
    L: skipped
    D: Hibachi - I went slightly off plan here. Aside from 2 salads (ate DWs) and 1/2 of my chicken and steak with veggies combo, I tried a forkful of the fried rice and 2 pieces of Maryland sushi (it too had white rice and fried crab) and I've been sick ever since! Bathroom totals = 3 and the noises coming from my stomach, oye!

    FLUSHING OUT WITH LOTS OF WATER with LEMON TODAY!

    B: Plain Greek Yogurt with crystal light, baby bell lite cheese
    L: leftover tofu with broccoli and snow peas with brown rice
    S: popcorn (air popped - movies didn't pan out)

    I have to figure out what DW won't eat while I am gone and make that for dinner!

    D: channa masala and chicken tikka masala (homemade!). No naan or rice for me. Boo.

    Snacks:
    Unsure. Lots of coffee and water. Perhaps some greek yogurt, a ricotta creme? veggies?
