restarting south beach!

Hi! My name is Jennifer and I am restarting the south beach today. I am a diabetic and I have lost 30 pounds over a year ago with the south beach I have kept up with eating whole wheat pastas and brown rice and so on but I have slacked in other areas and its time to start up again and make this right for me and my kids. Nice to meet everyone!:coffee:
