Anyone starting Phase 1 on December 1?
 

I've not been adhering to the South Beach Lifestyle and it shows. I am ready to get on board on December 1, who's with me? I'm gonna have a tough time, because I go to program on Tuesday and Thursday and I don't have control over what's served. There's always salad on the plate for lunch, so it shouldn't be too too bad. For Breakfast, it'll be hard, as it's cereal, pancakes and waffles. I'll just have breakfast at home then. I hope to be at goal weight by next Halloween. Join me!
