W:inside out egg roll (the meat/coleslaw mixture)
Th: blackened tilapia, salad, roasted broccoli, black eyed peas

I am also going to make this salad tomorrow, but make it SBD friendly for lunch - I am really excited about this one: Big Steak Salad
My weeks never follow the plan I make
Yesterday I made Very Veggie White Chili. I forgot how much I enjoy this simple recipe. It's serious comfort food on a cold night.
Wed. night I made a spur of the moment minestrone in the crockpot. I usually use dried veggies in stews but they worked great in this soup. It's nice to have something different for the winter.
Tonight it's the broccoli cheese soup made with white beans. I've been craving that for weeks and just waiting for DW to be back to a normal diet Once again our fridge is overflowing with leftovers
