I think it's so funny when I have allowed myself to think it's ok to go off plan and I walk into the kitchen to get something bad for me to eat and realize there is nothing but good for me things in there. Boy that certainly stops me in my tracks! Pwned.

Happens to me all the time! My daughter says we have no good food in the house, meaning "no junk food"!

So funny....I did the same thing last night!! ha ha ended up having a little bit of the sugar-free, crust-less pumpkin cheesecake I had made.
