Default South Beach for maintenance?

I am considering switching to SBD from weight watchers for maintaining. I am tired of counting points. Although I am lifetime I would like to lose 5 more pounds. Should I just go to phase 2? How would I do that? Or start with the phase 1?

If you are used to eating foods with white flour and sugar, you may be better off doing a week or so of Phase 1, just to get rid of any cravings and detox, before easing into Phase 2.

There are a few stickied threads in our FAQ section that are a helpful guidance as to how to start Phase 2.

Good luck, and I hope this helps!
