I'll continue my tradition of the 5 mile gobbler workout on Thanksgiving.
I'm going to eat what everyone else eats this year and not be the one with the "special" mashers. I'll use portion control and make smart choices. Happy Holidays! |
my husband and i are running a race on thanksgiving morning, and then we're going to be with family. i always bring a big salad, my husband makes brussels sprouts (amazing brussels sprouts!) and probably a dessert of some sort that isn't too over the top. i kind of treat turkey day as a day to feast...but i just make sure that that feast doesn't continue on to the next days/weeks.
