Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss

Have anyone of you ever used this product? OMG Luna & Larry's Organic Coconut Blisss Dark Chocolate ice cream. I picked it up today while in Wegmans for the hubby .... i tried a teaspoon and its absolutely delicious. Is this okay to have on P2...

Ingredients: Organic coconut milk, Organic Agave syrup, Organic fair trade coco and organic vanilla extract. Thats it! It seems legal but I just wanted to get your thoughts.

We ate a lot of this a couple of summers ago. There's another brand that also uses agave, can't remember the name off the top of my head (coconut bliss!). Watch for things like mint chocolate chip, those chocolate bits usually use sugar not agave. My biggest issue was the same one I have with lots of things, portion control. It is very yummy though and IMO it's legal as long as you stick to one serving

Thanks Cyndi! You are absolutely right with portion control...but thank god, with this SBD i have been sucessful and completely happy with the foods I eat I will not go off course for an extra serving of ice cream. im not big on sweets but its that time of the month and well, my body is requesting something sweet! :) One serving though! Good stuff!

I think if you space them out the first night that you buy them into 4 tupperware bowls, it could help. It's what I do anyway!

Thats a great idea Jenn, thanks!! And I just picked up a four pack of very very small round tubberware bowls with screw on lids :) Should be perfect for the serving size.
