Phase 1.5 (yesterday)
B: Two eggs, 3 pieces WW bacon, spinach (maybe 1 cup pan fried baby spinach?) S: Skinny flat white L: Macadamias - 7/8, Hommus with baby cucumbers D: Small bowl Tom Yum soup with seafood S: Sliced strawberries with LF Greek Yoghurt So far today... B: Two scrambled eggs with panfried spinach, cherry tomatoes and a little chili chutney from Joe's cousin's wedding. S: A snack pack of nuts. L: TBD D: TBD |
Day 5, Phase 1 (yesterday)
B - ff Greek yogurt with spoonful of sf jam L - missed! was out all day S - Celery sticks with humus D - Ate out ... Chinese Seafood Restaurant ... ate selection of seafood and veggies (steamed, not fried!). Didn't have any rice/noodles ... and it didn't kill me!:D |

B: 2 kashi waffles with 1 serving SF syrup, 1 eggs scrambled with leftover broccoli, 2 turkey sausage S: SF energy drink (my lack of morning coffee was felt) L: leftover Eggplant Parm over cabbage S: cucumbers and hummus D: ground chicken breast, taco style with guac and cheese over lettuce with 1 serving of brown rice chips |

Woops forgot about this thread on the weekend!
B: 2 slices turkey bacon, small pumpkin coffee from gas station (obv not on any phase!) L: spinach salad with leftover rotisserie chicken and ff mozarella and lite casear dressing, diet coke S: tasted some of the black bean brownies I made up, diet coke D: chicken breast with a home made cream sauce (made from lf cottage cheese, lf cream cheese, and a season packet (prob not approved) I have had in the cupboard), carrots, water S: peanut butter cup (south beach) |
Whoops! I forgot it over the weekend too! Was on plan food wise ... but succumbed to wine!:o
