Are artificial coffee creamers allowed? Either FF or sugar free?
I have tried to find the answer and haven't so far...I am sure it's here.....can someone point me in the right God Send! thanks

Do you have an ingredient list?

I remember asking this a few weeks back and was told they were a no no.

Just about every creamer out there contains trans fats, which are a big no-no on SBD. Here's a discussion from a thread in our FAQs that you may find helpful -

You are better off buying a SF flavored syrup and using milk or FF half and half.

I went from boat loads of French vanilla creamer to unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a splenda. It isn't that bad. I use the sf vanilla syrup when I need that extra kick.

Thanks to everyone who responded....I followed all the links and read and them more links....super smart people post here and I am so happy they do. I am going to use FF condensed milk and flavored splenda......:carrot:
