Default OMG So Sick

I have a sinus infection with a serious post nasal drip. The feeling of ickiness (That is a medical term lol) I feel is indescribable!
The thing is that most of the OP foods are adding to my queasiness.
Cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs seem to increase mucus and make me want to vomit (sorry).
I was trying to just make it through but today I couldn't do it.
Sucks so bad. I started antibiotics yesterday hopefully I'll be ok in a few days.

I was also going to suggest chicken soup, while I don't follow SB diet. Can't you have chicken and broth tho? Maybe some added veg? I hope someone also following SB can help you with a recipe. I hope you feel better.
